For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain a wso99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wso99 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces mandatory age verification for all Members.
• You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and during active use of the platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or officer of wso99 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the wso99 platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity. All accounts must be registered in the Member's own name.

Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. The following conditions apply to all wso99 accounts:

• One Account Limit: Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the wso99 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real full name, valid date of birth, current Indonesian residential address, active email address, and a bank account in your own name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. wso99 will never contact you requesting your password or any sensitive authentication detail. You agree to notify wso99 immediately via the support email address if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Ownership: wso99 account is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You may not sell, gift, or in any other way transfer your account balance or account credentials to any third party.
• Registration Warranty: By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

All transactions on the wso99 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals may be made through the payment methods wso99 makes available, which currently include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets and within minutes for most bank transfer channels. wso99 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply its own transfer charges.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount required to activate an account and its associated bonus is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah), unless otherwise stipulated for a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within a maximum of 24 hours, subject to verification checks being completed without issue. Withdrawal limits and processing times are detailed on our FAQ page and may vary by payment channel.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Amounts below this figure cannot be processed.
• Account Name Match: All withdrawal funds must be transferred to a bank account registered in the exact same legal name as the wso99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Inactive Accounts: If a Member's account has not recorded any activity for a period of 12 months, wso99 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee or treat the balance as inactive in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without an unresolved dispute with wso99 constitutes a fraudulent act. wso99 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse all related wagers, and terminate the Member's access.

wso99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, free spins, and other promotional rewards ("Bonus"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out below:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, standard Welcome Bonus and deposit bonus offers carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any funds may be withdrawn. Some promotions may carry a higher or lower requirement, which will be clearly displayed in the terms of that promotion.
• Avoiding Misuse: Only one Bonus per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Opening duplicate accounts to claim a Bonus multiple times is treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any related winnings.
• Maximum Bet: During the completion of any wagering requirement, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 5.000.000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah), or the equivalent in any other bet currency if applicable. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus being voided.
• Bonus Validity: Unless otherwise stated, remaining bonus credit will expire 14 days after the promotion is activated if the wagering requirement is not met within that period.
• Excluded Games: Unless expressly stated, wagers on certain games — including but not limited to some live casino tables, certain variations of togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and select table games — may not count toward the wagering requirement.

wso99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any Bonus at any time without notice where required by law, or where such action is reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

All games on the wso99 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that particular game or market.

• Accepted Bets: A bet becomes binding once the platform confirms acceptance. wso99 may decline any bet without providing a reason, including where the maximum bet limit or stake limit would be exceeded.
• Bet Cancellation: wso99 reserves the right — and has the sole and absolute discretion — to void or cancel any bet placed, in whole or in part, including in the event of an obvious error, a statistical anomaly, or an incorrect price being offered on the platform.
• Result Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official results announced by the relevant sporting body or event organizer. For events that are postponed or abandoned, stakes are generally returned unless otherwise specified in the relevant sports rules.
• Live Betting: Live ("in-play") odds are subject to change at any time. A live bet is accepted only at the exact odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. wso99 is not liable for any bet that fails to be registered due to a connection issue or a technical interruption.
• Provably Fair: wso99 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual games. You agree that the outcome of any game is determined entirely by chance, and that wso99 shall not be liable for any winnings forfeited as a result of a technical fault or interruption.
• Odds Display: Sports odds are displayed in decimal format by default. While wso99 endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all odds and results, wso99 assumes no liability for the delay or omission of any displayed data.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wso99 platform. wso99 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach and to suspend or permanently close Member accounts, in addition to forfeiting any related balances and bonuses:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or criminal purpose, including money laundering;
• Any form of collusion or organized betting between two or more Members with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Systematic betting or "arbitrage" strategies intended to exploit bonuses or odds discrepancies;
• The use of any software, bot, script, or automated device that interacts with the wso99 platform in a manner not intended;
• Exploiting any known error, bug, or defect in the platform to obtain an advantage;
• Attempting to access the platform through any means other than the official website or the sanctioned mobile application;
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content within any wso99 community feature;
• Impersonating another person or entity, or creating an account for a person other than yourself.

To comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, wso99 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

wso99 may request, and you agree to provide, all of the following documents when the need arises:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as an Indonesian KTP, driving licence, or passport);
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (for example, a bank statement showing the registered account holder's name);
• A selfie or photo holding the relevant identification document, where required.

The wso99 platform, including all trademarks, logos, domain names, software, graphics, text, images, and all associated copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights, is the exclusive property of wso99 and its licensees. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works of any such material without prior written consent from wso99.

All game content, including game names, game interfaces, and game software, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use such content beyond the permitted interactive use on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wso99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

wso99's total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, shall be limited to the total amount of the deposits made by you during the preceding six-month period.

wso99 makes no representation or warranty that the platform, its servers, or any related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

wso99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting Members from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. Online gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering losses.

• In the event that you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available on your account.
• Cold turkey exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion are available upon request.

• For any breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• For any suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• For any conduct that brings the platform into disrepute;
• For reasons of security, maintenance, or regulatory compliance;
• Where wso99 makes the decision to cease operations or withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting wso99 customer support. Where the account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered bank account in accordance with the withdrawal provisions in Clause 4.

wso99 may amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to Members by email and/or via a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the wso99 platform after a change is taken to constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to any principle of conflict of laws. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia for the settlement of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
